Fasting.
I started the journey to my fasting session with a friend. She and her older sister did the same fast a few years ago to cleanse themselves, meditate, and appreciate life. I feel like I’m at a point in my life where I need this right now.
Week 1: Prep myself for the fast by cutting out meat/seafood/poultry. Stay hydrated, and eat enough to keep me going.
