If you ask me how I'm doing...
I would tell you that I was doing just fine.

Food Entry Update 1.2
So, my aunt’s house smelled of ale and spices last night. Hahaha. As soon as I got ready for work, I ran downstairs to check on the pulled pork. And to my amazement its status was now “fall off the bone.” The ale+spice liquid had reduced greatly and as soon as I picked up the pieces of meat, they fell apart easily. I must add that my aunt had bought this crockpot forever ago and...

Existentialism in Prom Night.
You know happiness when you wake up before your alarm goes off, look around the room and realize how in love you are - with life. It is like you suddenly get this rush in your chest that feels so beautifully real, but so often rare because you get caught up with the demands of life. Well, it will give us more time to look for locations and finalize our menu. Guess it worked out for the best since I start a new class next Thursday. And so now we wait and… work.

Loomps.
We got full support from our parentals for the restaurant. My dad got so excited, he started talking about wanting to sell kambing from the house. And that’s when we reminded him several times that we’re gonna have a commercial kitchen - duh, he’s building it for us, lol. We have three locations that we are looking at right now. Two of them differ greatly in size, but will bring...

Saving the World, One Lumpia at a Time.
Just when I thought moving back in with family (my aunt, uncle, and older brother) would be a pain in my arse, things shifted to a more pleasant horizon. My older brother (Wayne) and I have recently joined forces - those of you who know me, know that I absolutely loathed my older brother. I thought every negative thing of him. Some of it was right, but some of it was wrong. And when siblings grow...
